  • KNOW MAIN MACRONUTRIENTS AND MICRONUTRIENTS, THEIR FUNCTIONS IN THE BODY, THEIR DEFICIENCIES AND THE FOOD SOURCES OF EACH.
  • KNOW RELATION BETWEEN DIET AND DISEASE LIKE: DIABETES / KIDNEY DISEASE / CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE / GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASE / AND FEEDING MODALITY FOR CRITICALLY ILL HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS.
